Karen Jaffe & Tate DiChiazza
When not under quarantine, I study with Karen Jaffe, a tango instuctor based in Asheville, NC and Tate DiChiazza, a tanguero based in Buenos Aires.  Click on the first picture to visit Karen's website, and click on the second picture to visit Tate's website.

When I travel to Buenos Aires, this is where I stay and study.  La Maleva is a wonderful tango bed-and-breakfast that is also a tango school with a full staff of excellent instructors, a great dance floor, and classes and/or practicas every day of the week.  I always feel so welcomed here, it is a well-respected school even among local dancers, and I can't wait until I can return.
